Just a little example of repetition building confidence ❀️‍πŸ”₯ the first clip shows @hayley_h_229 working it out trying to get a feel of it on her first slow circles drill. Second clip shows speed, eyes looking exactly ahead on where she wants to go (not down at her front tyre), and smooth throttle. Repetition girls! It’s what will help you get to where you wanna be βœ”οΈ

Zig zag drills are one of the most underestimated but powerful foundation dirt bike drills you can do girls, for absolutely any level. Why? 

❀️‍πŸ”₯ control and balance. This drill forces you to get comfortable with using your clutch and throttle smoothly while shifting your body weight over each side of the bike. You learn to feel the bike under you!

❀️‍πŸ”₯ vision. One of the absolute most important things you can do on a bike is looking ahead, if you look down at your front tyre you won’t be preparing yourself for your next line. This trains you to keep your head up and look where you want to go. 

❀️‍πŸ”₯ trusting our bike more. Need we say more? Like anything, repetition builds habits, the more you do ANYTHING on the bike the more second nature it will get. A combination of balance, control, looking ahead, and feeling your bike beneath you builds so much confidence for when you get out on the track. 

Being able to do basics like this really helps you out on the track! Do it often!
