On a private farm in Coolongolook, which is just near Forster, NSW!

22nd and 23rd of June 2024! We recommend arriving on the Friday night before to camp with us and meet each other at our Coolongolook private track.

We will be camping the whole weekend! There are amenities on site so we have you covered for a shower and toilets!

We simply have so much to give! We also want the foundations to be built on the first day with you so that on the second day you have time to process all the new information and come back the next day with more questions and confidence!

Licenses are needed for this event - if you do not have one don't worry! We will organise a day license with you on the Saturday morning and we will cover half of the cost for you. Normally $38 per rider, but with us paying half will bring the price down to $19. If you already have a license with Motorcycling NSW then you will not need to do this!

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will not be providing food for this event.

• A flat stand (we want you to be sitting on your bike to learn body position, so you need a stand to keep your bike level) - we have exclusive GCR stands for sale available for pick up on the day of. If you want one, we ask you to purchase ONLINE ONLY asap as we have limited stock, and don’t want you missing out.
• An outfit for our Pit Bike relays! The theme for this event is “BARBIE!” Whilst we love to go all out, we do require you all to be wearing Boots, Helmet, Gloves and Goggles to participate. We take the fun and safety of this very seriously so please keep this in mind when preparing your barbie outfit

After you have registered, you’ll be sent an email to join our forum and our group chat on instagram! If for some reason you do not receive this, please contact me asap or check your spam emails :)

We also ask you to be organised with the list of “what to bring”, particularly your stand! Remember, we do have exclusive GCR X Polisports stands for sale (we only have limited, so get in as soon as you decide by purchasing here.)

One week prior to the event you will be receiving final instructions with EVERYTHING you need to know!

If you do enter and decide to change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you fill your spot. If you cannot find anyone to fill your spot we will not be able to refund you. We close off advertisements when we are completely full so the sooner you decide to sell your ticket the more time you’ll have to organise this! Please keep this in mind when purchasing your ticket!

Your ticket is paying for the travel/accomodation of the team to be there, private track hire, camping fees, ride fees, goodie bags, photographer, 2 days of MX coaching, mindset coaching, and the team for their expertise, work and time.

Absolutely can! Whichever track we are not on, they can ride. It will be a $60 per day ride fee for The Two Rivers Farm. Ensure they pay and sign the waiver.
